Please allow up to 21 - 30 days for International shipping. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier, weather, or another state of emergency.

Shipping times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that there is a limited range of delivery services available in some areas, and we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations and/or adverse weather conditions.

WILL MY PARCEL BE CHARGED INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?

All International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. We are unable to advise on these costs, as they are country-specific. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information regarding taxes and duties applied to orders delivered outside Mauritius. Responsibility for any import fees, duties, and/ or taxes incurred on the package rests with the customer.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

A signature upon delivery is required on all purchases. 

Kasaa Couture is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Any items that are not signed for with direct signature will be shipped back to Kasaa Couture.

 

All fees to ship the package back to the customer will be covered by the customer.
